By buying a practice that is already for sale, you can save yourself a lot of money and stress that is usually caused by the start up of an office.  You will save money setting up the office for chiropractics because it will already be a functioning chiropractic office.  You will also save money hiring and training a staff because often the staff will stay at an office even if a new doctor buys it.  Another built in benefit is that an established office has spent years building up a great patient base.  Often times, much of this patient base will stay with that office (especially if the selling doctor recommends the incoming doctor).  For all of these reasons, buying a chiropractic practice that is for sale can be a great move for an up and coming chiropractor or a chiropractor looking to expand his practice.

If you are a chiropractor who is ready to retire or move on from your established practice, you may want to consider selling your practice to another doctor.  This can be a great move because it allows your patients to continue going to the same office if they choose to.  Selling your practice can be a good move for you, the incoming doctor, and your patients.
